This place is such a blessing for the people struggling in this world. Even if you don't come to Avatar for the "right reasons", none of the staff will treat you any differently. Avatar gave me such a head start compared to every other facility I have ever been to. I immediately started work and financed my first car ever. A year later and almost fully paid off. I've been clean over 18 months and have Avatar, the owner Pinal, and the staff there that positively effected my recovery during my stay to thank. I would definitely recommend Avatar to anyone that's struggling and looking for help from a place that will treat you with respect, make you feel welcomed, and has your best interest at heart whether you realize it or not!!! Your are NOT another number here, and you are NOT treated based on what your insurance pays them! I've seen numerous scholarships and extended stays just because clients needed it. Amazing staff from the Drs, counselors, BHT’s chefs and housekeeping workers are fantastic. They worked hard to get me help when I was at my lowest. Pinal was one of the people who genuinley cared about me when I didn't care about myself. Steve was a very hands on guy who worked hard to make things happen for clients so they could keep their mind on staying clean. The staff is top notch and tje facility offers many forms of therapy ranging from group therapy to yoga, meditation. Great place to come and get help with addiction issues and depression. I was resistant to the idea of going into treatment because of what I'd heard about other places but Avatar sounded different. Having been here a few weeks I can say it was the right choice. The staff is caring and the food is great. I can use my devices whenever and have a nice, clean room.
